In this tour you will be invited to Kotagede, Yogyakarta. Learn and playing along traditional music with gamelan. Gamelan is the traditional ensemble music of Java and Bali in Indonesia made up predominantly of percussive instrument The most common instruments used are metallophonesplayed by mallets and a set of hand-played drums called kendhang which register the beat. Other instruments include xylophones, bamboo flutes, a bowed instrument called a rebab, and even vocalists called sindhen.

The experience start at this time. When you have arrived in Kotagede, you’ll be welcomed by your tour buddy and the local guide from the village. The local community will serve you with a traditional snack and drink.
After you finish with the snack and drink, the local instructor will explain about the Gamelan and the intro of how to playing a traditional music with gamelan.
You’ll start to try how to playing gamelan by the local instructor.
